1. About these terms
1.1 These terms apply to digital purchases from BlinkFix Ltd (company no. 13505930), 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom: plans for establishments (restaurants, food trucks, local cooks and shops), extra Establishment tablet licences, advert budgets, AI credits for the AI assistant, and the plans for suppliers and delivery companies bought in the BlinkFix Enterprise app. They are part of the Terms of Service, and for establishments also the Merchant Terms.
1.2 The head office subscription and other services for organisations on BlinkFix Enterprise are covered by the Enterprise Terms; AI credits for organisations, and the plans of suppliers and delivery companies, are covered by these terms where the Enterprise Terms or the Fleet Terms do not say otherwise.
2. What you can buy

| AI credit packs | Credits used by the AI assistant (1 credit = 5,000 tokens of AI use) | Shown before you buy |
Prices in the apps are set by the App Store or Google Play and shown by the store before you buy. The price shown at the time of purchase is the price you are charged. Prices include VAT where it applies to you; business prices may be shown excluding VAT. Everyone gets a monthly free allowance of AI use (currently 50,000 tokens); credits are used after that.
3. Free trials
3.1 A new establishment's plan starts with a free trial (currently 14 days), and the trial starts only with a payment method: in the apps, by buying the plan through the App Store or Google Play; on the website, by adding a card through Stripe. There is no free trial without a payment method. The length of the trial and the monthly price after it are shown before you start. Extra Establishment tablet licences have no free trial.
3.2 When the trial ends, the plan renews automatically and the first monthly payment is taken, unless you cancel before then (see section 4). If you cancel during the trial, you are not charged, and when the trial ends the establishment is locked as described in section 8.
3.3 One free trial. In the apps, the trial is the store's introductory offer, and the store decides whether you can still have it: Apple gives it once per subscription group per Apple Account, and Google Play applies its own eligibility rules. Each of your establishments has its own subscription group (location slot), so each new establishment can get its own 14 days free; cancelling and buying again, or changing an establishment's type in the same slot, does not give a new trial. The app shows the free days only when the store says you can still have them. On the website, each establishment gets one free trial; an establishment that has already had one is charged when you subscribe. If BlinkFix has given an establishment free time and you subscribe on the website while it is still running, you keep it and the first payment is taken when it ends.
4. Automatic renewal
Plans and extra Establishment tablet licences are subscriptions that renew automatically every month until you cancel. Before you subscribe, we show the price, the billing period and how to cancel.
- Apple (iPhone): payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase or, if you get the free trial, when the trial ends. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or from Manage subscription in the app.
- Google Play (Android): payment is charged to your Google Play account when you confirm the purchase or, if you get the free trial, when the trial ends. Cancel in Google Play → Profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions, or from Manage subscription in the app.
- Website (Stripe): your card is charged when the free trial ends (or when you subscribe, if the establishment has no trial left) and then every month on the same date. Cancel in your establishment's billing settings on blinkfix.me (Work → your establishment → Billing). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for.
We remind you before a price increase takes effect (see section 7). Under the UK Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, once its subscription rules apply, we will also send reminders before renewals and make cancelling as easy as subscribing.
5. Cancelling and refunds
5.1 Cancelling a plan stops the next renewal. You keep the plan until the end of the period you have paid for, and we do not refund the rest of that period, except where the law or the store's policy requires.
5.2 Deleting your BlinkFix account cancels plans paid on the website. It does not cancel subscriptions bought through Apple or Google; cancel them in your store account, or they may keep renewing.
5.3 Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. Request them at reportaproblem.apple.com or through Google Play. We cannot issue refunds for purchases the store charged.
5.4 Refunds for website purchases: if something went wrong (for example you were charged twice, or the plan did not work because of our fault), email [email protected] and we will refund you.
5.5 Right to cancel (consumers). If you buy AI credits as a consumer on the website, you have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, but you lose it for credits you start to use once the credits are available to you, because you ask us to supply the digital content immediately and acknowledge that you then lose the right to cancel. Unused credits can be refunded on request within 14 days of purchase. Plans, tablet licences and advert budgets are bought for a business and the consumer right to cancel does not apply to them.
6. AI credits
- AI credits are one-off purchases. They do not renew and do not expire while your account is open.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and are not refunded once used, except as set out in section 5.
- Credits are used according to the amount of AI processing each request needs, shown in the app. We may change how many credits a feature uses, but not with effect on requests already made.
- If you delete your account, unused credits are lost, unless you ask us for a refund of unused credits bought on the website within 14 days of purchase.
- Enterprise organisations' credits are held by the organisation. They are bought by card on enterprise.blinkfix.me, where each purchase is invoiced, or in the BlinkFix Enterprise app through the App Store or Google Play.
7. Price changes
We may change the price of plans and tablet licences. We tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your subscription, by email and in the app. In the apps, Apple or Google may also ask you to agree to the new price before it applies. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the new price starts.
8. Failed payments and unpaid plans
8.1 If a renewal payment fails, the store or Stripe retries it for a limited time. If it still fails, the plan is unpaid and the establishment is locked until the plan is paid: it is hidden from customers and takes no orders, its staff cannot use it in Work, and its settings, menu and staff cannot be changed. The owner can still pay the plan, and the establishment opens again as soon as the payment is confirmed.
8.2 One 7-day extension. Once in each unpaid period, the owner or a manager (with the Orders or Staff permission) can extend the establishment for 7 days: it works as normal until then and is locked again afterwards if the plan is still unpaid. The unpaid period ends when the plan is paid; if the plan becomes unpaid again later, a new extension is available. A new establishment whose plan has never started cannot be extended.
8.3 When a head office pays for your establishment. If a head office on BlinkFix Enterprise pays for your establishment (a company-owned or franchise establishment in its bill), BlinkFix does not charge you for the establishment's own plan, by store or by card, for as long as that lasts. We tell you once, when it starts. If you pay for your plan through the App Store or Google Play, that subscription is yours to cancel in the store, and it keeps renewing there until you do; BlinkFix cannot cancel it. No plan is sold to an establishment while a head office pays for it. When your establishment leaves the head office's bill, your own plan starts again if it still runs; if it does not, you are asked to choose a plan. The head office's own subscription ending does not end the cover.
9. Invoices
We issue an invoice or receipt for every purchase made on the website, with VAT where it applies. For purchases in the apps, Apple or Google send you the receipt.
