Delete your BlinkFix account
You can delete your account yourself in the app in a couple of minutes, or ask us by email. Deleting cannot be undone.

Delete it in the app or on the website
- Open the BlinkFix app and sign in. Go to Profile → Info → Account → Delete account.
- Read what will happen. The screen lists the places that will be hidden from customers, places that stay with your chain, BlinkFix Enterprise access you will lose, jobs that will end, and anything you need to sort out first.
- We email a 6-digit code to the address on your account. Enter it within 15 minutes.
- Confirm. If you like, tell us why you are leaving. Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out on every device. We send you a confirmation email.

On this website: sign in and go to Profile → Delete account. It works the same way — you see what will happen, we email you a code, you enter it and confirm, and you are signed out.

Using BlinkFix Enterprise? It is the same account: in the Enterprise app go to Settings → Delete your account, or on enterprise.blinkfix.me open the account menu and choose Delete account.

If you cannot sign in, or prefer not to use the app, email [email protected] from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”, or send the contact form with the topic “My data and privacy rights”. We check that the request comes from the account holder (we may send you a code), delete the account within one month at the latest, and confirm by email.
Before you delete
- Cancel store subscriptions. Plans or credits bought in the iPhone or Android app are billed by Apple or Google. Deleting your account does not cancel them: cancel in App Store subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions.
- Card plans are cancelled for you. Plans you pay BlinkFix for by card (through Stripe) are cancelled when your account is deleted, and nothing more is charged.
- Finish what is open. You cannot delete the account while you have open orders (as a customer or at your places) or unpaid BlinkFix fees or invoices, or while you are the only admin of a BlinkFix Enterprise organisation. The app shows exactly what to finish first.
- Keep what you need. Download a copy of your data first (Profile → Get a copy of my data), and download any invoices you need.
- Remove what you published if you do not want it to stay: delete your public recipes first, and email us to remove your reviews. Otherwise they stay published as “Deleted user”.
What is deleted
- Your name, email address, phone number, date of birth and password. Your account shows as “Deleted user” wherever it still appears.
- Your addresses, last location, allergies, profile and background photos, and student ID photos.
- Your devices and push tokens, your sign-in sessions, your friends list and your marketing subscription.
- Your access to BlinkFix Enterprise organisations, and your jobs at places (your Establishment tablet PIN is removed).
- Your places are hidden from customers. A company-owned restaurant that belongs to a chain stays open with the chain.
- Your AI assistant consent and AI credit balance. Unused credits are not refunded.
What we keep, and why

Delete some data without deleting the account
You can delete your recipes, shopping lists, photos, saved addresses and allergies yourself in the app at any time. For anything else, including your reviews, email [email protected] and tell us what you want deleted; we reply within one month. Places you ordered from, and any system they connected (for example a CRM), hold their own copy of your order details; ask them directly to delete it.
