- Enterprise TermsThe business terms for organisations using BlinkFix Enterprise (head offices, chains and franchises of establishments, suppliers and delivery companies): seats, work email, organisation data, staff and bonuses, chat, integrations, API keys and webhooks, AI credits, the head office subscription and its service fee, supplier terms, data processing and liability.
- Data Processing AgreementThe data processing agreement (Article 28 UK GDPR and EU GDPR) between BlinkFix and the organisations, suppliers and delivery companies using BlinkFix Enterprise, and establishments that use BlinkFix staff tools, including security measures, sub-processors and international transfers.
