No fiscal device: the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, Switzerland, the USA and more
In these countries the law asks for no fiscal device and no per-sale reporting for sales like yours, as far as BlinkFix’s research found. There is nothing to connect in BlinkFix for them.
First of all
- You are the seller, so the fiscal receipt is yours to issue. The receipt BlinkFix gives your customer confirms the payment BlinkFix took in your name; it is not a fiscal receipt.
- Only the owner can set up, change or remove the fiscal connection.
- BlinkFix switches fiscal connections on country by country. Until the app shows your connection as Connected, issue every fiscal receipt yourself, on your own till or system.
What you do
- Keep your legal name, address and VAT, GST or sales tax number right in BlinkFix: they appear on the receipt BlinkFix gives your customer on your behalf.
- Check your tax rates in VAT and receipts, so each receipt shows the right tax.
- When a business customer asks for a full VAT or tax invoice, issue it from your own invoicing system.
- Keep your records as your tax office asks.
