China
In China there is no fiscal till. The seller issues a fapiao when it takes payment; each province decides whether a fapiao for each small retail sale to an individual may be waived (BlinkFix’s research did not read the provincial rules). Digital fapiao are issued through the State Taxation Administration’s platform nationwide since 1 December 2024, and a red digital fapiao reverses one.
First of all
- You are the seller, so the fiscal receipt is yours to issue. The receipt BlinkFix gives your customer confirms the payment BlinkFix took in your name; it is not a fiscal receipt.
- Only the owner can set up, change or remove the fiscal connection.
- BlinkFix switches fiscal connections on country by country. Until the app shows your connection as Connected, issue every fiscal receipt yourself, on your own till or system.
What you do
- Check your province’s rule with your tax bureau or adviser.
- When a fapiao is due, issue it through the tax bureau’s platform or your service provider, with the order’s lines and VAT. Where BlinkFix offers fapiao requests for your establishment, a customer’s request reaches you in BlinkFix.
- Issuing a digital fapiao needs real-person identity verification of the issuer on the platform.
- If an order is refunded, reverse its fapiao with a red digital fapiao.
BlinkFix sends no sale to the tax bureau on its own: a fapiao is issued only when one is due, by you or through a connection the app offers.

- What the law asks
- An invoice in some cases (for example when the customer asks for one), not a fiscal record of every sale
- Ways BlinkFix’s table allows

- Test mode
- BlinkFix runs this country in test mode: it marks every fiscal number as a test and shows none to customers. Whether a receipt counted as a real fiscal one depends on your printer’s, software’s or provider’s own setup.
